Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, with many highlighting spotless rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast received positive mentions for its variety and quality. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing unfriendly or unhelpful staff and, in some cases, serious safety concerns. Bed comfort was a recurring issue, with multiple complaints about sagging or broken beds. Parking was also a common problem, with guests finding the lot too small or difficult to navigate. Overall, while cleanliness and breakfast stood out as positives, service, bed comfort, and parking were notable areas of concern.AI-generated from customer reviews
