Pros (+) The front desk staff was very friendly and very respectfully always saying Goodmorning or have a Goodnight. It is a very very friendly and all inclusive hotel for any one to stay at. Cons (-) Found multiple hairs in the room upon arrival on desk and counter tops. Room had NO towels until we called down to front desk. Elevators were in a sad state: disgusting freight pads lining the walls and creepy flickering blacklights as only source of light in elevator.
