Pros (+) subway (w/Metrocard machines available) literally one step away; off-street free parking (the only reason I stayed). Actually a decent area compared to many Brooklyn shiteholes. Hate to admit it was reasonably clean (see my negatives on that regard)
Cons (-) mold and mildew in the bathroom, no TV remote. Staff absolutely inflexible about early checkin.. coming in at 4 am, that will be a full day charge - at their inflated (non internet) rate even though they were 20% full when I arrived. Tried to negotiate 1/2 day extra fee, but got a bunch of nope for my trouble. BE SURE to only book through the Internet (30% cheaper), they won't match the internet r...

Pros (+) The location is good.
Cons (-) The whole experience was horrible. This place is dirty and is full of tag names from the ceiling to the floor. Made with lighters and markers. The walls and linens were filthy and I felt unsafe.
