Everyone was friendly. The condition of the van was not great. The right rear fender(?)was not attached properly and it flapped in the wind on the interstate. They would have exchanged the van, but we were not close to an airport when this happened. We taped it together.Reviewed 29 Sept 2026

It was ok. The personnel at the counter should have a better attitude and provide better customer service. The gentleman who took care of me was borderline rude. On the other hand, the vehicle was very clean, but it had a very bad smell. We had to lower the windows for a while.Reviewed 29 Sept 2026

This is the third Budget vehicle I've rented that is dirty. It's getting ridiculous. Every surface is dirty. Food, crumbs, spills, a messy windshield. One or two cars before this there was still auction paint on the window.Reviewed 29 Sept 2026

I had to wait for about an hour to get the car as the line was extremely long and there were only two agents trying to deal with it all. When I got to one, he was efficient and it all went smoothly, but the wait was awful. The car itself was good and I liked it. Getting the car was easy and so was the return.
