The pickup staff tried to put another day on my rental because I arrived 30 minutes early. When P asked why tge cost was double, they afmitted their "mistake". The dropoff inspector asked me to fill out a damage report over a pen-tip sized mark on the windshield. The 1st time in my life this has happened.
