Missed The MarkPros:The friendliness of the counter agent when picking up the car in Bedford. Even with the noise of construction and jackhammering right outside the window by her counter, the agent remain pleasant, courteous, and helpful.Cons:It was apparent that the vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned. In fact when I finally stopped after an hour of driving and took a closer look at the interior, I was personally disgusted. I even took photos, because the condition of the car was in no way reflective of past rentals from Budget.Reviewed 27 Oct 2018

PLEASE HAVE LOCATIONS ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!Pros:I appreciated being able to easily change my drop off locationCons:Staff at the 350 Mass Ave location in Cambridge, MA does not pickup the phone. Customers need to be able to reach that location sometimes. Please fix this. The lady that handled my checkout was rude and very unhelpful.Reviewed 14 Aug 2017
