The vehicles were good. It was pick up. I was given an address of pick that was vacant. I called and received another address a mile away in traffic. I arrived there and no vehicles were available. I had to call again! I was given another place 3 miles away. During traffic hours which was time consuming. I arrive there and they only had suv's available, I requested a compact car for gas price reasons. The next morning, I attempted to park in a location that required plate registration. I noticed the registration on the vehicle was expired, which meant i could not park the vehicle due to it possibly being towed due to expired plates. . I had to call again, they sent me back to the location which was 120 minutes total out of our family reunion day. I asked is there any compensation due to complete mistakes on their part. They said no. I needed to call and talk to customer service after the rental was returned. It was a terrible experience.Reviewed 18 Dec 2023

Pros:TerribleCons:Received an email Wednesday before my rental date of Saturday that they did not have a 7 pax vehicle which was reserved for me. Then had the nerve to say contact them if I wanted a smaller vehicle. I might expect such from a smaller company but not Budget!! I had to look around for another vehicle which was not available.
