Pros:Staff was extremely rude. Pickup was fine until we drove out of the parking lot and noticed the tire was flat. Went back to attendant who said "there was nothing he could do"... took a lot of arguing -including being yelled at by staff- to just get them to change our car to another one, which is what they should've done from the beginning. We will never rent with Budget again.Cons:Better customer service. The car was also disgustingly dirty on the inside and smelled terrible. This was unacceptable in normal times and particularly during COVID times.Reviewed 30 Mar 2021

Pros:Rental was easy and the staff were great to work with.Cons:Car had a few dings (small dents/scratches) upon picking it up, but they were noted and I didn't have any issues upon return. The car ran fine and was very clean.Reviewed 28 Feb 2021

Pros:The drop off was fairly easy because it's a small airport.Cons:Our car was not available when we arrived. It took apx...an hour for them to get us our car. The car was not the car we were expecting. We reserved a Jeep Liberty, which we thought was a little bigger than the car we received, which was a Jeep Compass. The agent was NOT friendly AT ALL.
