Well first they wash the car and did not dry it off so I had water spot on the windows and side view mirrors and even though I could figure out some of the car in and out I had to get someone help on other thing like working the screen to get the light to come on but all in all nice experienceReviewed 26 Mar 2026

Upon arrival to pick up my rental car there was only two attendants working at the budget counter with extremely long line. Which I find that very unacceptable. The car had a very nasty smell on the inside It smelled musty like the sunroof had been left open and the car had gotten wet on the inside. It is impossible to get a hold of somebody there at the local budget office at the Indianapolis airport which that is totally frustrating. I love something behind in the car and I have reported it and still have not heard anything back from them. I will not be renting from there again.Reviewed 26 Mar 2026

I got there at 2am after flight delays of 12 hrs. Wait time for service was 1 hr in line. Then I get a car that is outside running with the window down in 20degree weather. No keys to be found. Apparently the cleaners took them home with them. After 30 mins the next vehicle I was given was a van, I left the lot going down I-96 and the rear trunk lid went up. I stopped and couldn't get it to close. I go back to the rental lot and they can't get it closed. It was frozen from the car wash. I left in a third vehicle at 4;15am in a van and was very happy with it.Reviewed 26 Mar 2026

They wouldn't let me rent the car without a flight number because it was booked at the airport. This was not disclosed and now it's taking forever to get a refund because I used the pay later option through Affirm and now have to go through a dispute process.
