There was delay to pick up. Not clear with actual time of pickup. There was no one ask me if I returned the key. I have to FedEx the key to avoid being charged. And the person who looked at the gas was not correct.Reviewed 27 Nov 2023

Pros:The agent at pick up was the most efficient ever worked with. He checked in 3-4 customers in less than 10 minutes. Usually the paper work and upsells are cumbersome when you just want to get on the road.Cons:Did not get a receipt which was supposed to be emailed.Reviewed 24 May 2021
