They had trouble finding the right car for me. At first they gave me a very large SUV that I didn't want. I was going to take it anyway, but the paperwork was wrong, so the final gate guard would not let me drive away. Then a man from Avis fixed the rental and gave me a good intermediate SUV (Mazda CX-5) that worked out great.Reviewed 22 Apr 2026

I rented through kayak and thought I was getting a caravan. When I picked it up they said they had no vans as they were all in the shop. I was given a huge gmc Yukon Denali Nice car but too big for this grandma to drive and park. I took it but returned it 3 days later for a ford escape which was small.
