There were over 50 people in line at the counter with one worker there. After waiting over an hour in line to get my car, i had to wait another 30 minutes for a car to be ready to go. The staffing was very poor and understaffed.Reviewed 7 May 2024

Budget was great. I requested a vehicle to be picked up @ the airport. KAYAK reserved a vehicle @ a Budget location far away. The airport Budget Manager was able to change our reservation and rent us a van with the same discounts. Budget was great; Kayak sucks!!!Reviewed 7 May 2024

Pickup location was rundown and dirty. Received a car with less than a quarter tank of gas despite having been told the tank would be full. Options were to fill it ourselves and return at the same level (adding an unanticipated stop to our itinerary) or wait an unspecified amount of time to see if one with more fuel would be returned, as allegedly refueling vehicles between rentals is not a part of their process.Reviewed 6 May 2024
