The driving experience was beyond expectations. A perfect car. The pickup process at the counter was fine. We didnt get the directions and spent a lot of time seeking for the parking garage entrance. Not too nice, carrying all our bags with us. We returned the car at the after office hours following their official procedure. Surprisingly, Next day we were charge for damage we didn't cause. Check out was fast, check in was fast. The only downside was the distance from the terminal to the rental facility. I have a bad knee and it is painful to walk so it was a difficult walk to get from the terminal to the check out location.Reviewed 18 Jul 2026

There was NO CAR AVAILABLE! I waited all day and never got a call back for the van to finally be available. I had a family trip planned for a birthday, rented a cabin in the mountains and had no transportation. I was willing to wait or pick up a van at another location 70+ miles away.
