Volkswagen JettaPros:The trunk was spacious, the car rode well and smooth and handled fine. Gas mileage was good as well. The rental experience was smooth and quick.Cons:The pickup from a rolling start is poor and hesitant but this is not the rental locations' fault. Just not a car I would ever own.Reviewed 31 Oct 2017

FILTHY VEHICLECons:The vehicle had not been cleaned and smelled like smoke. There was so much dirt and grime on the inside of the windsheild that I had to stop and clean it before I felt safe driving it as the dirt obscured my view. The outside looked as though it had not been washed in weeks. I was very disappointed. Not worth the money I paid at all.Reviewed 24 May 2017

Cons:I had requested a mini van for a long road trip...when I went to pick up the van , the only one with low miles also had a DVD system which I did not want or need...but I had to take it as all the other ones had 30K plus miles on them. I asked to not be charged the extra amount for the DVD system and was told that was not possible...which I think is really bad custormer service and a way for them to get more money out of me.Reviewed 27 Jun 2016
