Pros:The sales agent was honest and helpful even though she had no car to rent. She explained to the best of her knowledge.Cons:There was NO car to pick up even though numerous emails assured us our car would be ready for pick up. We were stuck with NO transportation. Cons:The car battery died, I called 24 hour road side assitence, I was told no one was available to help me. I spoke to Nina at a call center in Fla. who promised to call back once a jump start truck was available, she never did. I will never use Budget again.Reviewed 5 Mar 2019
