I made the reservation and arrived on site during the time I requested the car. The station was iopne but the attendant was not a the location. Waited 1 hr and then called and reached out the Budget via phone from another rental company. Noone answered and no one showed up. I ended renting from someone else. I am told that this is typical for that location for Budget.Reviewed 24 Sept 2026

The attendant lady was very nice and professional. No issues with the rental. They called out the marks on the vehicle beforehand, emailed them to us, and we were able to return the car without any problems. Thank you budget St Barths!Reviewed 17 Mar 2024
