Pros: My pickup and drop off where in different locations which is really appreciated since very few rental companies allow that. Other than that car was ok and had no technical issues. I also got a very detailed report right after the return which was really helpful. Cons: rental was expensive compared to previous rentals and pickup at Memmingen airport was a bit slow.Reviewed 27 Aug 2022

Pros:I rented an intermediate Ford Focus or similar from the airport and was offered the BMW Mini Cooper on arrival, which turned out to be really fun to drive and comfortable. The check in process was easy. We were not gouged an exorbitant amount for required insurance. We returned the car right at closing and they let us leave the car for them to process in the morning. We were charged the correct amount without any problems.Cons:Everything was great.Reviewed 4 Aug 2020

Cons:Took forever to get our rental car. There was a new person, her first time working alone, which was not problem. But it was when the computer system crashed, and lost our reservation was the problem. We were in a foreign country, trying to communicate in another language. It took almost 2 hours to get our rental.Reviewed 26 May 2017

Pros:nice car, reasonable price. convenient pick up outside train station in Salzburg. the Austria highway pass was on the vehicle and we didn't need to pay extra for this. Price quoted was in dollars - did not have to deal with conversion.Cons:Drop off instructions were poor. We picked up the vehicle in Salzburg, and dropped off in Vienna. The address for the GPS was the location of the office inside the train station. I asked the person whom we picked up from if the GPS address would get us where we needed to go, and they said yes. There were no additional instruction (take car into parking garage, second level down, and then follow signs for where to drop car), and the parking garage had no external signs to indicate this was a rental car drop off location. The parking garage also had cones and ropes blocking off the entrance. We could not figure how to drop it off at night and had to come back the next day.Reviewed 28 Jun 2016

Pros:Checking was swift and fast. Drop off was even faster. Staff was very helpful.Cons:I was expecting an SUV as I had booked but it wasn't quite that. The car was not serviced well and was heating up a bit so had to keep an eye on the temp.Reviewed 25 Jun 2016

Salzburg car hirePros:The car itself was great, a 4x4 skoda yeti which I really liked. The staff at the desk were also fantastic, despite the complete meltdown of their IT systems and the 2 to 3hr wait and resulting impatience this caused in the customers.Cons:Had to wait for 2hrs 30 mins to pick the car up due to complete IT failure.
