Pros:NothingCons:There was no car available when I showed up. The one person working there did not help me find another Budget location with a car, so I had to go to Enterprise and pay double the amount due to the increased rates of same day rental reservations. I won’t use Kayak for car rentals again either.Reviewed 30 Dec 2020

Pros:The car at least worked.Cons:Staff were frustrated and rude. They could not add insurance even though I wanted it, asked me to call someone else to purchase. It took and hour and 15 minutes to get a car, and it was not cleaned nor was the gas to fill. I will not rent from this venue again.Reviewed 28 Dec 2019

Pros:This rental was not available when we arrived to pick up and they had my son run all over to get a vehicle.Cons:Budget could have the car available that was rented. Would not rent a vehicle again thru Kayak.Reviewed 24 Jun 2019

Will not rent budget againPros:The to young men at drop off were politeCons:The car was a compact not full size the man in Virginia Beach didn't tell me that by getting there early to pick up car he was changing the reservation to charge me hourly rate. Thankfully customer service honored my reservation. if I had known I would have waited 30 minutes. When I picked up car man was rude!! Car had scratches and dings every man in virginia beach didn't do a walk with me when i asked him about the scratches he said yea I know. so i took advice of another customer and took pictures so if there was a questions i had it documentedReviewed 20 Aug 2017

Horrible customer service!Cons:We showed up to get the car and they didn't have anything available and told us they would call back at 2:00. They never did. Upon calling them they said maybe they would have a car at 6:00. They didn't. We contacted their corporate and everyone we spoke with was rude and unhelpful. They told us to call another location who didn't answer their phones (we tried at least 10 times). Finally, we gave up and went to enterprise. Enterprise was great, by the way!Reviewed 21 Mar 2017
