Supplier choice

I was expecting a "Nissan Versa or similar" , but Dollar put me in a manager's choice vehicle ( despite my protests) - a massive pickup truck that got less than 18 miles a gallon, would not fit in many parking garages, or even in some of the surface Lots. This would have been a great vehicle for towing a fifth wheel, or moving all of your friends in a single trip. But for my business trip, it was ridiculous and I won't be repeating.

Over an hour wait to get your car from the time you checked in. Extremely frustrating as this was for a one way reservation to drive to another airport and catch a flight; so we could not wait. Caused me to have to cancel my reservation because of the extreme delay and rent a car from another vendor last minute for a much higher price.

My pickup was smooth but I had to request another car because my car was dirty on the outside as if somebody ran into mud but I was cleaned in the front. But I was given another vehicle. Drop off was very smooth. When I put gas back in the vehicle, I filled it up and upon realizing that I advised Ms Tamika operations manager and she assisted me because with a credit. Ms. Jackie checked me in and that’s was very good…it took her 5 mins. I will be using kayak and budget again 🙂

Got there, they had no cars, Budget lied that more cars would be coming in just a few minutes, so I should wait; no more cars were or did come. Awful experience. It was like the Seinfeld episode; they know how to take the reservation, they don't know how to fill the reservation.
