Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring Cairo and accessing major attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and honesty, with several guests sharing positive experiences of staff going above and beyond. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with many guests noting that rooms were clean and comfortable. Value for money was appreciated by budget-conscious travelers, and some guests mentioned comfortable beds. However, there were occasional complaints about noise, breakfast, and building conditions, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experience.
