The Hot spring mineral pools are awesome. The grounds are lovely with beautiful flowers. There is a row of barbecues. The location is perfect one street over from downtown. Lots of parking, spa services. We love coming here every year. Staff is great.
Rooms need to be updated, they have a coffee maker and cheap coffee in the rooms. They could supply a Keurig and K cups for better service. Make sure you bring a robe to go back-and-forth to the pools. There is not a cool pool which is fine except Summer
- the location - right next to Calistoga's main downtown street - the overall vibe of the resort - friendly and mostly quiet for a romantic getaway - the beautifully kept grounds - had lovely, fall decorations. - the pools - both extremely relaxing
the cleanliness of the room - 5 mins into our stay my wife found somebody else's underwear in the bedside nightstand - the noise of the in-room refrigerator - which made comfortable, restless sleep almost impossible - the wait times for front desk servi
too expensive for the room
Staff was helpful & courteous. Pool and hot tubs were great.
Rooms are VERY dated and not worth the rate charged.
Fantastic location and amazing spa services
We have been going to his hotel for years, to relax and use the mineral baths. We had never before stayed there and encountered so many young children screaming, splashing and running about unsupervised by their parents.
Situated in Calistoga, this spa hotel is steps away from Sharpsteen Museum, Calistoga Visitors Center and Pioneer Park. Calistoga Spit N' Cycle and Ca'toga Art Gallery are also within 5 minutes.
