Featured amenities include a computer station, luggage storage, and a library. Planning an event in Campbell River? This resort has facilities measuring 925 square feet (86 square meters), including a conference center. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness, all night coffee bar.
Cons: no fresh milk
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, with nice views of the ocean. It had a nice common outside area in front of the water, with places to sit, and a fire pit. Providing cups that could be washed and reused was very eco-friendly.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was great. Grounds were beautiful and well kept. Staff was friendly. Appreciated the coffee and tea available at all times. Checking in and out was easy and quick.
Cons: The blankets had large visible stains. On both beds! Walls were paper thin. You could hear everything from anybody around you. People walking in the hallway, opening any door, or even people making coffee downstairs. You could hear everything going on outside as well (our room overlooked the parking lot), people walking and talking anywhere in the parking lot. Including the highway traffic, all night long. Room was right beside the laundry room and it actually shook the room when appliances came on. Literally the worst sleep I've ever had outside a Super 8 motel. Not what I would consider a "resort" level room or building. The place was half empty. I understand charging more for a room with a view. I don't agree with having to pay extra just to get a goodnight's sleep.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is nice, but there were a few things that I would Have liked to have changed. I noticed no coffee in the rooms (there is coffee 24/7 in the lobby which is fine), no blow dryer, no AC (at least in my room), and the front desk is only open 8am-8pm. When we made the reservation I said 2 adults, but we only had one key, which made it difficult because we typically only got back to our room after 8pm and we were up doing stuff before 8 also. There is no food that I know of, all I saw to purchase was some chocolate bars and chips. Be sure to pack snacks.
Cons: Ocean side, quiet, clean, generally a really nice place to stay overall.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The only thing I would change would be to have coffee pot in the room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Second stay; the first while under renovation last May and we loved it then. Property looks great now that the upgrades are done. Pool was inviting and the hot tub was just what we needed. Stairs keep you fit! Super breakfast overlooking the ocean on a stormy morning. Only a couple of minutes from town. What's not to like!
Cons: The change room in the pool area needs much better ventilation or a working fan. I was already sweating before I finished getting dressed.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: was great! love the ocean view. Only thing I would recommend is to install fans in the bathroom.
4.8 Okay
Cons: Poor parking and access for larger vehicles. Looks like they started renovating room but quit. Musty smelling and views over old roofs.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: Very nice ocean view
Cons: Sheets hadn't been changed (hair in the sheets) and tub hadn't been cleaned. After arriving at the first room slotted to us we found the room still I cleaned, 2nd room looked fine but once we moved in realized it wasn't. It's a very tired and quite unfriendly hotel. We wouldn't go back.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff accepted my request for an early check in, which made my day so much easier. We were given a bag of delicious granola, which was unexpected. Our room was recently renovated and very nice t
Cons: The walls are thin and I was awoken by the neighbours.

7.5 Good
Pros: Close to the ferry! Great great view
Cons: Could be a little bit cleaner :) But was great!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Easy check-in with cute welcome gift Super comfortable beds and clean room Fully stocked kitchenette Great TV with lots of channels Access to BBQ, big yard, lounge spots, hot tub and swimming pool. Loved the location- I watched sea lions swim and deer prance around.
Cons: Has an old-fashioned feel with some things outdated, even after renovation: hotel literature was from 2016, for an example; old dentist office-style, generic art. An easy upgrade could be having local art or photographs around Quadra. It would make the rooms more charming.
7.9 Good
Pros: We were given a nice treat from the front desk at check in. Rooms were well equipped but were showing their age. New large screen TV with Netflix was nice as I was sick and stayed in for a night. Rooms that ask you to wash your own dishes scare me a little as you never know who washed the dishes last so I feel I have to wash everything again before I use it.
Cons: The floor was squeaky when you walked around and you could hear other guests walking around.
6.7 Good
Pros: Great location on Quadra Island, very close to ferry. Rooms had good amenities which meant for a good get away.
Cons: The staff weren’t very attentive, especially on check out. Unfortunately we didn’t know the hotel was under renovations and had a lot of dust, noise and work-men hammering from 8am in the morning.
4.2 Okay
Pros: I liked that it looked out to the docks.
Cons: The hotel is under renovation, not compensation for that matter. No cutlery in rooms, only half the appliances worked(breakers blown), etc.

Cons: Its not really in walking distance to anything but they've got a full kitchen so as long as you plan ahead its perfect.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was great for what we needed. The staff was wonderful and the suite was very clean. The views from the property are gorgeous. There was a stairway down to the beach, but due to the weather we weren’t able to check it out.
Cons: Unfortunately the suites are very dated and need a good facelift. If you only needed to stay for one night - great, but any longer, I’d go elsewhere.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location, great staff, beautiful view, nice room, comfortable and clean, a bit smaller than expected but overall very good.
Cons: All was well, except the credit card machine would not work and we had to pay cash. This was inconvenient but we managed.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The view of the river and to see the seals swimming.
Cons: The hotel is very dated and not at all as nice as the pictures online. It’s very deceiving because they only show the view of the back of the hotel, not the front. The room wasn’t clean and had wood lice in the bathroom and in the sink that was in the room. We actually left a day early because one night was enough.

Pros: It’s Cozy, close to the river
Cons: Towels are not great, has an odd smell

1.0 Poor
Pros: Very rough unsafe hitel
4.2 Okay
Cons: The beds had bed bugs, the heating was faulty, no wifi or cable tv on the 3rd floor although it was advertised as having it and the room was filthy. Dead flys in the window sills and blood stains on the pillow covers and sheets. I asked for a room transfer after night one and the staff were very accomodating and apologetic. Unfortunately the new room was also invaded by bed bugs and faulty heating. I checked out 1 night early ☹️

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Hab some bed bugs!! Got our money back after leaving the room in the middle of the night. Had no towles, toiletpaper, soap etc in the bathroom.

Pros: It's right downtown close to all kinds of amenities and a block from the water.
Cons: The pop machines on each floor don't work; the elevator is iffy; the thermostat in my room was broken and it was in the full on "On" position so it was brutally hot in my room even with the windows wide open.

Cons: The guy on the night shift never had the right answer whenever we asked him a question. NEVER. If you don't know the answer then stop making one up. Seriously infuriating..and wrong EVERY.DAMN.TIME!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and price were great but the best part is the ocean view,
Cons: Being on the second floor meant getting back in your car and driving to bottom parking lot or taking a whole bunch of stairs to get to elevator.

Pros: The is a no thrills motel, but it is comfortable, clean, and offers an exceptional view. The bed was great, the staff were friendly and even provided me with a surprise upgrade! Good shower, my room had a kitchenette and 2 separate bedrooms offering terrific value for money. Quiet despite being on the highway, I could hear the waves crashing as I went to sleep. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
