Very clean and organised hotel. The staff were all so friendly and amazing! The kids club so great the ladies were amazing so hands on! Kids club runs from 9am-10pm so much time for mummy and daddy to relax! This resort was for everyone
The food at the hotel was very very average! My last day I got food poisoning
Good things about the resort: 1) Breakfast at Atlantis restaurant was amazing. The menu has a good variety of choices and all of then are very good. 2) The infinity pool is big and beautifull. It's is located in front of the beach and the view is amazing. 3) The room is huge. The bed is huge and very confortable.
1) At registration, we refused to by the upgrade for Infinity. After that the staff we not very friendly with us. They not even mentioned that there were an hospitality room to wait until the room is available. Because of that, we waited 2 hours seated at reception with heat and thirst (there were no air conditioning nor water). 2) The buffet for lunch and dinner is big and have variety of choices but everyday almost the same things are served (for example: at the sushi station, everyday there are the same choice of sushi, at dessert station, everyday has the same desserts). 3) Beach was disappointing: shore has a lot of holes (suddenly the depth increases). The ocean has a lot of waves and it is impossible to swim calmly in the ocean. Combined, the hole and the waves makes the ocean very dangerous. 4) We couldn't enter at the French restaurant because it was mandatory to use social clothes and I didn't bring any. The problem is that there were none information about it at booking.com and seadust website.
Everything was excellent. We had a great time. Everything was very clean and fashion. The restaurants were very good and the bars were too.
The hotel is really all inclusive. However you need to make clear. We have booked for 3 people in one room. However, the property mentioned that the booking only for two people and we need to pay additional.
The place looks better on the photos but in reality everything is pretty old.
