Pros (+) THe resort views from our room were awesome. The beach was great and close and the pools over looking the beach was great.
Cons (-) The only thing I didn’t like was just slow check in. I guess it’s just typical for Mexico I have noticed.

I've been coming here before but lately the workers are rude and when you ask them something hey make it look like your bothering them. Pros (+) I really enjoy the Yoga and Zumba classes in the morning. Our room got upgraded to an ocean front. It was very very nice . Services are excellent ! You can take the hotel shuttle to other Royal hotels. There is a shopping mall a few minutes walk from Royal Sands you can shop for brand names merchandise, souvenirs and also a supermarket.
