Pros:I liked the staff, really friendly and I loved that one employee went out of her way to let us get pancakes after the 930 my child accidentally dropped her pancakes and the staff let us get more. I really appreciate that
Cons:I didnt like the bed or pillows it was too stif I didn't sleep comfortably.

Pros:The breakfasts were good. My family and I enjoyed the pancakes, cinnamon rolls and omelets. Front counter staff were friendly and efficient. They made us feel welcome. The amenities available were up to par.
Cons:I normally like our stays at Holiday Inn Express Hotels, however the rooms at this location were dirty. The carpet in our room was not vacuumed and the linen appeared unkept. There was trash under the kitchenette sink and in the bathroom when we first checked in.

Pros:Location, breakfast, pool were all things I was looking forward to and happy with once we arrived.
Cons:The staff is friendly and helpful, but I think they're sometimes overwhelmed with the crowds. It's not their fault, they do a great job, but when there are 30-40 people waiting in line at breakfast, I imagine it can be a lot. The front desk folks seemed a little less friendly than I'm used to, but again, maybe it's just the crowds for Legoland that burns them out. It's a lot of people with kids.

Pros:Loved everything about the hotel in regards to comfort, friendly staff, location, amenities, breakfast.
Cons:All of the guest room doors SLAMMED. HARD. And since no one in this day and age cares about respecting other peoples' sleeping schedules, it was very loud all night. My 4 year old and I had a very hard time sleeping with all the slamming doors. Did I mention that the doors were slamming ALL NIGHT?!?!!
