Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location and convenient access to attractions. However, many reviews noted dissatisfaction with the amenities, particularly the pool and spa facilities, which were often unavailable or not as expected. Service also received criticism, with some guests experiencing unhelpful or unfriendly staff and unresolved issues. Overall, while the location is a major highlight, improvements in amenities and service are needed.
