Cons (-) Not enough parking. Not security in the parking area. The room wasnt like show on the pictures. The pool close to early 7:00pm. Towel service was bad, have to waitn a lot for the towel because the didn’t have clean

Pros (+) No kitchenette , nice balcony nice rooms and bathrooms not no tube ! Only stand shower . No closer or draws to put clothes the hangers were very few . I think they put the whole people in east side the building and black in wester side the building . The lounge is no the best they barely have anything gong on the pool is nice but very dead . Pros (+) Excellent rooms with a kitchen. Free parking and breakfast. Excellent cafe. Staff was very nice. Beach hotel and pools. Nothing to complain about.

Pros (+) The Manager was very helpful, unfortunately I had to go to her to address my problems. Room space was generous and the swimming pool is good.
Cons (-) Some items went missing and no one was able to find it. In addition, at the check-in, I was told that the beach chairs were included in my reservation, but when I tried to get them I was charged 8 dollars!

Pros (+) We liked the location of the hotel. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.
Cons (-) This is an old hotel. It is undergoing some renovation though. We had no hot water in our shower and complained several times. It never was resolved.

Pros (+) Loved having a small kitchen in the room! Balcony overlooking ocean was nice. Can't beat location (short ride to old san juan, plenty in isla verde, 45 min to rainforest).
Cons (-) What felt like the entire place was being renovated so the noise and construction areas were less than desirable.
