9.0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel is both very clean and very well furnished. The beds were comfortable and large. The rooms had good air con and heating and the bathrooms were very well appointed and clean. The location is great for walking to the old town of Cartagena and nearby are restaurants and good shopping.
Cons: The Hotel is located on a very busy dual carriageway and it can be a little noisy when you are trying to sleep, especially if you like to sleep with a window open. Closed and the noise was acceptable.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was Spanish style and very good. Good location. About 10 minutes walk to historical sights and bars and restaurants.
Cons: Single room had connecting door which provided very poor sound proofing. I could hear the person in the next room sneeze!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel with underground parking next door (at extra cost), well situated for the town centre
Cons: Our bathroom had a bad smell of drains that did not go away even after flushing water down the shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The smell may have come from an adjacent room as it disappeared in the morning but it reappeared in the afternoon and night. We had to keep the toilet door closed and the extractor fan running all night both days we were there. The smell was unpleasant but not bad enough to require us to move rooms or to report it to Reception, as we did not want the hassle of being moved or having a plumber or cleaner in. We just kept the toilet door closed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean renovated premises with a perfect buffet breakfast.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel has been re decorated and I was pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the room . Felt very new and modern, whilst actually being quite compact. Cons: Notification and identifying access to Parking could be better, Parking charges were not clearly defined on website, Not very clear instructions from staff upon initial check in about were breakfasts were or times etc Still these are minor points

Cons: Nothing to dislike.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Quietness and cleanliness
Cons: Being charged for a complimentary packet of crisps which was left out on arrival
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were modern, very clean and comfortable. Staff were very accomodating when we asked for a cup of tea in the evening. Plenty of free parking on the street outside was a bonus.
Cons: The hotel is a distance from the old town but we enjoyed the walks both ways. Although some of the photo's on booking.com show a hot water jug and it appears, tea making facilities, they are not available.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Just as it is advertised plus friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast too.
Cons: Nothing to dislike but the room cleaning routine this time seemed to start at one end of the top floor & work its way along, accordingly it meant that rooms at the opposite end of the landing were still being cleaned early into the afternoon when guests may have needed to return to use their room. This system could have been due to staff having to work alone, on previous visits the staff have usually worked in pairs.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: good location & plenty of parking nearby
Cons: no tea/coffee making facilities in the room
8.8 Excellent
Cons: No kettle or tea making facilities in room !

Pros: Staff were excellent, location was nice, entrance lobby was very welcoming. Street appeal is good.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The cafe bar was a lovely place to eat and drink. The food was excellent and reasonably priced and the staff eager to please and very friendly.
Cons: The bedding was a bit sparse, the blanket needed to be upgraded but it was clean and the mattress comfortable. Lightweight duvets would be good for the colder months. The room faced the main road and was a bit noisy, but overall good value for money.
4.0 Okay
Cons: Customer service we cut our trip to 2days due to bad weather but we were told we had to pay for the 3 as our contract was with booking com and not the hotel
7.0 Good
Pros: Without doubt the location and breakfast were the best aspects of our stay - the hotel is situated in the corner of the old town and provided an ideal base to reach most of the main tourist sites. Breakfast was fantastic - with great options and with staff who were happy to assist and restock as required.
Cons: The room itself was a little grim and miserable, and while warm enough (just) the bathroom suffered from some mould above the shower and a broken toilet handle - not so much to ruin the stay, but enough to remark upon. We only stayed one night, but I doubt we would have wanted to stay much longer.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Can’t fault the hotel Staff are so friendly Very clean A11111
Cons: Could do with coffee/tea facilities in room plenty of space for this.
Entremares Biobalneario Marino - Cartagena - Building
9
7.5 Good (2,796 reviews)
6.7 Good
Pros: Right next to a fantastic beach. Close to supermarkets and cafes (not restaurants) Spa was excellent Very cheap for what you're getting, so good value.
Cons: Staff have very poor English and many notifications are not translated No response to advance email queries (likely because in English) Many paid extras, such as safe keys and deck chairs, although this is how they keep the price low Cleaning staff march into rooms with little warning About 30 minutes walk from any good Spanish restaurants (Asian restaurant next door though) Breakfast coffee and orange juice very poor quality No coffee at all at lunchtime buffet.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: No food available most of the time limited choice no labelling food poor tasting
4.0 Okay
Pros: The room was lovely, and we have a beautiful view! Was lovely for relaxing around the pool and on the beach Good drink measurements
Cons: Most of the staff couldn’t speak English We were over charged for our room and they wouldn’t listen Full of rude Spanish people and kept staring at us like we were animals or something The all inclusive drink hours until 7pm was bad because we then had to pay for drinks at night The food was OK some days but other times was shockingly bad! You have to make sure you get to breakfast early too or everything is gone. We ate out whenever there was no food or the food just looked to bad defiantly a place for just Spanish people wouldn’t recommend to English and I wish I knew this before booking! Also one of the cleaners kept talking to us loudly in Spanish and every time I said “I’m English I don’t know what your saying” she would then carry on talking Spanish and loud like she’s shouting , crazy women
8.3 Excellent
