Pros (+) We stayed here because of proximity to a friend's house. It was close and convenient which is what the intent was.
Pros (+) Room was relatively clean and reasonably spacious. Breakfast was fine. Appreciated the shuttle to the airport. Smooth check in and check out. Was glad that they had a coin-op laundry, but it was expensive and I had to do two dryer cycles ($1.50 each time).
Cons (-) Poorly located. Not accessible to much, including getting into DC or back from the light rail. Staff was less than friendly. Kind of gruff. Did not seem eager to be helpful. Pool hours too short. Didn't open until 10:00 am, and I like to have an early morning swim. Small pool and hot tub.
