Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location near restaurants and shopping. However, many were frustrated by frequent elevator outages, long wait times, and inconvenient or limited parking. Cleanliness and room comfort were generally appreciated, though some noted issues with amenities and maintenance. Overall, the positive experiences with service and breakfast stood out, but operational challenges with elevators and parking were common complaints.

Just not the quasi was expecting for the price I paid. Also charging $12 to park in a garage which was down the street as well as me having to haul all my stuff myself was not convenient at all nor safe in that area. And to pay $21 for valet park...
