Guests say

Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, with many highlighting excellent service as a standout feature. The location is also frequently praised for its convenience. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, dated decor, and maintenance problems in rooms and facilities.
