Cons (-) The A/C switching on and off kept my wife and me up all night. Free coffee in the lobby would have been a welcome touch, but there was none.

Cons (-) The room temperature was set on 65° in the middle of winter, and there was no way to change it. I froze all night.

Cons (-) That you didn't have coffee in the lobby as a courtesy for your customers. I had to stay another night in Charlottesville due to weather and moved to another hotel. Their rates were better, had coffee, chocolate chip cookies, lemonade, cheese and crackers as a courtesy, the staff were much more engaging, and they even picked me up at the drs office and took me to the hotel.
