Guests praised the hotel's excellent location, good breakfast, and spacious rooms. Many found the staff friendly and welcoming, though there were some complaints about inconsistent service and unhelpful staff at times. Cleanliness was a significant concern for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms, mold, and outdated facilities. The breakfast generally received positive feedback, and the large room sizes were appreciated by families and groups. Pros (+) Breakfast was decent.
Cons (-) Construction was going on the whole time I was there, so sleeping past 6am wasn't possible. The room wasn't stocked properly and getting clean towels took an act of Congress. Just a miserable experience.
