Upgrade was nice. Insurance was strongly suggested, and I’m in another country so I say okay. Then they mention they’re putting an 800 euro hold on my credit card. Have an early flight, so we arrive at the airport by 5:30. No one around to return the car. Not at 6:30 either. There is a drop box, but now I’ve got to hope they’ll release the 800 euro hold.
