Pros: Great staff very friendly and accommodating . Free upgrade. The process of actually renting and returning was easy.
They are in an odd location, inside a hotel, but again,
Cons: Not sure where this falls, but the first car, (a free upgrade to F150), was smoked in. So perhaps under prep. But was able to swap it out for a Jeep Renegade, still an upgrade over what my quote was originally for so that's a good.

Refused to let me rent the car
Cons: I was unable to rent the car when I showed up due to my out-of-state license. Moreover, the pre-paid insurance fee was not refunded. I was then forced to make an emergency reservation with a different organization in order to make it home for the holidays. I will never use Enterprise again and will thoroughly discourage anyone I know and/or met from using them as well.
Cons: Final Price was much more than advertised. I had to wait 43 min to get my car, it was reserved for 10:00 am, got it at 10:43. I was charged extra time that wasn't included in reservation price. I was charged for under 25 fee PER DAY.
I thought I was paying a little over $200 for the rental, and I paid over $300. For 2 days.
Pros: Everyone was very polite though not accommodating.
Cons: The minivan that was waiting for me to pick up was in disgusting condition. Filth on all the seats and even gum (among other things) ground into the console panel. Stains, Soda and stickiness were on all the seats. I asked for a different car, and was told by the acting manager and the regional manager that there was no other car available for at least 24 hours. While I was told that I would receive a substantial discount if we still took the car, it was just a promise and no amount was given. Given the condition of the car, I refused the contract and ended up renting at another car rental company where the experience was 100 % satisfactory. I will never rent from hertz again.
