I paid - in response to a Thrifty unsolicited email offer - to skip the counter and go straight to the car. That did not happen at pickup. I had to wait for 2 customers ahead of us. Now I was 20 +/- minutes early because the flight was early. Thrifty msgs and announcements claimed they would track delayed flights and hold rentals open. Seems like that is doable and should be done for early flights. Either that or email the details for direct-to-the car folks more than 30 minutes before car reservation time.Reviewed 17 Oct 2025

I was forced to wait for 1.5 hours at pickup because there were no cars available. Rude staff, and it was like the hunger games with people fighting for cars when they became available (no reservation per vehicle so people all just started trying to jump in) it was like the hunger games.
