I was forced to wait for 1.5 hours at pickup because there were no cars available. Rude staff, and it was like the hunger games with people fighting for cars when they became available (no reservation per vehicle so people all just started trying to jump in) it was like the hunger games. Cons:The service is so slow that they only have one person working at a counter when there are three rental agencies. The line was very long, and they packed all of us in together, so they didn't care about social distancing or anything.
