My experience with the staff and customer service was great. The vehicle was a bit dirty although I know they rushed the cleaning to get it to me since I was picking it up at 11pm and the other truck they had for me the keys were missing. The truck itself was pretty basic. Considering the price it was rented for I assumed it would be a higher trim level. Most other rentals I’ve gotten from national or other rental providers tend to be higher trim but over all it got the job done and the ease of pick up and drop off was excellent. I never got a follow up email as to the close out or credit though as the vehicle was returned 2 days early.Reviewed 15 Sept 2026

I liked that it was easy to pick up the rental car. Cleanliness could be much improved. I was hoping to be able to drop off the rental car at National near my place but unfortunately I have to drop it off at Dulles airport where I picked it up.Reviewed 30 Aug 2024
