Pros: Everything. I made the mistake of renting from a competitor a couple of years ago and nothing was right. Just love that Enterprise gets everything right and no matter who you are, you feel like you are the only customer on the planet.

Late flight so I called and told them I was running late and waiting
Cons: Closed At 12:00pm on Sat. And they didn't tell me when I called!! It cost me a extra $15.00 for a cab to go to a different place!!

Confirmed booking but no available cars
Pros: Some of the agents are really trying to help, while others are not.
Cons: I received a confirmation for my booking. The day after I received a call that no car is available and they will provide me half a day later another car and they will call me back. I never received a call back and finally received the car later afternoon.
Cons: Winter tires were extra and with a storm that was coming they wanted to charge me almost double the cost of the rental for winter tires . told me the only province that requires winter tires was Quebec . But I thought my safety would have been priority . But no even though the car I was driving was registered in Quebec .But I was in a rush to get where I was going so I didn't argue. car sat for two days and we called taxis to get around couldn't return car because of storm .

Pros: Received an upgrade on the vehicle, car was clean, staff friendly overall great experience!
Cons: I received rent car through online.Also done online payments.But, I went 8.30am for pick my rent car. They said cars are not available today, therefore You can take another vehicle.
But I didn't agree with them. Because Its very expensive for me.I was done cancellation.
But my online payment you were deducted $14.99 from my credit card.Please pay back it to my credit card as soon as possible.thank you.
