Overall Very Good
Pros: Overall a smooth yet personable experience. Junior, who worked with us at Hertz, was great.
Cons: Even for a sub-compact the Sonic was very, very small.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: the over $300 dollars in hold for renting a car, the attitude and lack of ownership of the service, I did not rent the car at all and still got charged for the insurance. then they wanted me to pay and wait 24 hours to get the car because I was using a debit card. I will never use this service again. complete nightmare

Pros: The car was clean when picked up. The staff was friendly.
Cons: There was a very long wait to actually get the car; and another long wait to actually drop it off. This wasn't the fault of the staff, but the office is very understaffed.

Great value!
Pros: Quick rental by knowledgeable folks. My new "go to" place when too many relatives come to town! Low mileage car was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Compliments on my value!
Cons: The hours of the drop-off location made it very difficult to plan for returning the car and causes us to have to extend a day on the rental. Morning or later afternoon hours would have been appreciated.

Enterprise rental 14-17 Oct
Pros: The staff at Enterprise Rental on Memorial Blvd in Lakeland were friendly and professional.
The car (Hyundai Sonata) was clean, drove well, got great gas mileage, and had me thinking of adding it to my list when I get a new car. I was sad to turn it in and go back to my Trailblazer. LOL

Pros: I decided on Tuesday before thanksgiving to rent a car for my 10 hour car ride.
I had a reliable car at a reasonable rate on a holiday weekend.

Terrible customer service
Pros: I liked the ride back to the hotel, after I return the car but the experience renting there was terrible, the employees don't want to help.

Pros: The process was seamless. The drop off attendant seemed a little put out that I was not given any paperwork at the pickup location.
Cons: Lack of paperwork, The intermediate car that I was given , a nice Camaro, had horrible trunk access for golf clubs.

Cons: The confusion between pickup and drop off . Since I used two different places the young man at the drop off place didn't quite know the procedure of giving me a receipt, and when I called where my rental originated the young man couldn't find my reservation info. Apparently he didn't know how to manually put in the information to find it. A supervisor called me back and saved the day. Thank goodness for her. Ortherwise I would definitely recommend enterprise as my go to rental place.

Pros: Car was clean and just what we needed
Cons: We dropped the car of on a Sunday and their hours for that location where wrong online so we had to wait for almost an hour to return the car
