I got absolutely duped in the cost of my rental. I had the car for 26 hours and drove less than 200 miles and it cost me over $300. I had family that had midsized SUVs from another rental spot for 5 days and paid the same price. I will never use this service again and will tell everyone I know to never use it either. What a scam, and so terrible to rip people off like this.Reviewed 19 Feb 2024

Pros:I didn't even get a car I called to confirm car rental when i was on my way to pick it up they said everything good pick it up. When i got there the guy working the counter was very Rud he said we dont have a car for you. he said yes i see your rental in my computer but we have no more cars. AND my card was was billed by allianz $22 I'm about to blow up the internet with this robbery!!Cons:When you book a car for a customer and steel there money The customer should get a car!!! Pros:The customer service rep. went beyond his duties to make sure I was safe and I had the vehicle that I needed for the emergency. He learned I was a new widow and he stopped what he was doing to make sure my personal car was parked in a safe location and that I was on my way in their rental.Cons:Nothing...absolutely nothing, I only wished I could have hugged the young man, but do to isolation...we have to say 6 feet apart.Reviewed 27 Apr 2020

Cons:The confusion between pickup and drop off . Since I used two different places the young man at the drop off place didn't quite know the procedure of giving me a receipt, and when I called where my rental originated the young man couldn't find my reservation info. Apparently he didn't know how to manually put in the information to find it. A supervisor called me back and saved the day. Thank goodness for her. Ortherwise I would definitely recommend enterprise as my go to rental place.Reviewed 15 Mar 2017

Pros:The process was seamless. The drop off attendant seemed a little put out that I was not given any paperwork at the pickup location.Cons:Lack of paperwork, The intermediate car that I was given , a nice Camaro, had horrible trunk access for golf clubs.Reviewed 10 Feb 2017

Cons:First car had stains on the seats and arm rest and smelled bad. wiper blades need to be replaced did not clear windshield when raining and car had 40,000 miles on it.had it switched out and 2nd car was a little better but they need better cleaning on the interior.Reviewed 24 Jan 2017
