Staff friendly but over-talkative about current events such as COVID-19 (calling it, effectively, fake news)

Cons:

Got a larger vehicle than intended (SUV rather than large car), which in turn costs more in gas. Should have some sort of reimbursement in these cases.

Just so expensive lately. The location was open very small window of time which made pick up a little stressful, worrying if they’d close before I got there. Otherwise overall wonderful and quick pickup/drop off.
