The car was a bit uncomfortable, but I rented a compact so I guess that’s to be expected. Also I couldn’t find the outlet to plug in my phone and connect it with the car’s screen. I found an outlet to charge my phone, which was helpful, but I could never get my phone to connect to the car.2.0 Poor

I booked a car online, got to the place at the specified time, and there was no car. Not even a different car that I could rent. I wasted so much time and money ubering to and from the place, and missed a day of work since I need a car for my job. Furthermore, its obvious someone is smoking cigarettes in the lobby- the place stinks. However, the girl behind the counter was VERY sweet and kind, wanted to do something to help but her hands were very clearly tied.8.0 Very Good
