Should have been stated in the rental process that regular car insurance does not transfer to a 12 passenger van and only those with special insurance or license are allowed to rent this size car. I booked a car rental through kayak and went to pick up the car and Enterprise was closed. I couldn't get a hold of anyone through customer service or anything. Apparently Kayak doesn't keep up to date with hours at Enterprise, I was very upset and was stuck with no car after driving all the way there.Budget

I went to Congress St in Springfield, MA to pick up the car I reserved and they did not have a car for me and the guy at the desk said, "Too bad!" -After three phone calls with not much help I was told I had to travel 45 minutes to another location and they wanted to charge me $40.00 more than my initial reservation. Finally things got resolved at the Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks, CT location, but I would not ever recommend Springfield Budget. Friends don't let friends rent from Budget! Avoid at all cost!!!7.2 Good
