Michael at the desk was so caring and helpful. We stayed there while attending a funeral and he was compassionate. I can't say enough great things about him. Also the hotel was incredible, clean and welcoming.

Hampton Inn Chicopee - Springfield8.7/10 ratingout of 16 reviews · £138 avg price/ night
The first floor was somewhat loud, and it was difficult to sleep. Also, the window coverings are old, gross, outdated, and challenging to operate. During the day when I tried to nap, the sun would reflect off of the AC unit, throwing a glare into the room, making it difficult to sleep. There is also no way to open a window or get fresh air, which felt claustrophobic. Although the breakfast was decent, the TV’s stay blaring in and around the dining and lounge areas, making it impossible to relax or read while there.
