One of the staff was friendly. The lady the originally took care of me, she seems like she didn’t want to be there. She gave a a dirty and smelly car. Also the car she gave me was dangerous because it was raining really hard and the windshield wipers, you can tell, they needed to be cleaned. Moving forward I got a new replacementCons:

I had a 1:00pm reservation at the Brafferton location so I called ahead to confirm. When I got there, Harris took care of my car rental. He's very friendly and knowledgeable as well as friendly. I highly recommend. He made the process very easy to deal with and I was out of there with a great and clean car in about 15 minutes. Thanks Harris! I'd like to say nothing because from making the reservation online to picking up the car in Stafford to returning the car at the BWI airport, everything worked out great! Almost everything. I didn't have a mask and the guy behind the counter told me to go away. I was just dropped off by a uber and the nearest place selling masks was a 1 mile walk. He never offered to let me do the transaction outside. After I got in the car two minutes down the road a warning light came on indicating the car had been in an accident. I had to call HERTZ and photo the warning light so as to not be blamed for something I didn't do. When I got to the airport drop off no one was around and no sign for the key drop. I had to guess what to do and had no confirmation of an inspection of the car, just walked out assuming I did what I was supposed to do.10.0 Wonderful
