Hard to findPros:Associate was friendly and helpful.Cons:I wanted to extend the rental for a week and was told that it would be $900 (for a midsize car). Took my business elsewhere for less than $200. This caused me an unnecessary 90 minute round trip and cost Budget a week’s rental fee. Also, the rental location in Fredericksburg is not well described; it’s buried in Sears Auto Center.Reviewed 5 Aug 2018

EasyPros:The ease of booking, walking in and picking up. Betty the customer service agent was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Turning in the car was east as well.Cons:The car smelled of smoke and seemed to have some mechanical issues. But it was great for my needs.Reviewed 5 Aug 2017

Excellent service and fastPros:I had a 1:00pm reservation at the Brafferton location so I called ahead to confirm. When I got there, Harris took care of my car rental. He's very friendly and knowledgeable as well as friendly. I highly recommend. He made the process very easy to deal with and I was out of there with a great and clean car in about 15 minutes. Thanks Harris! I will be definitely coming back to this location.Cons:I'd like to say nothing because from making the reservation online to picking up the car in Stafford to returning the car at the BWI airport, everything worked out great! But it's too bad that after living for 4 years in the North Stafford area, I only just found out there was a location near me days ago.Reviewed 30 Jan 2017
