The Zachary is in a great neighborhood. Lots of good places to eat nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the decor is well done. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Chicago.

Pros (+) Beautifully designed hotel in a great location right across the street from Wrigley field. An unbelievable number of dining options packed into a 1 block space. You can’t beat the location and the prices around Christmas.
Cons (-) Everything about this hotel seems to be designed to separate Cubs fans from their money. The hotel part of this building really feels like an afterthought. Even though it’s been open less than a year, our junior suite was beat up. The door handle to the bathroom was falling off, the wand for the drapes was on the floor, and the TV worked intermittently.
