The room was great! Staff was very helpful. The doorman Enrique, was excellent, and always on top of whatever we needed, whether it was a cab, or opening the door for us.
We never figured out how to get food, we didn't want room service, but we would've liked more Information on dining in the hotel, we never figured out where the dining room was, the bartender was very helpful however, in recommending a restaurant.
