Daniel, Aug 2025
The urban experience fee feels totally made up and a way to fleece guests. It soured me on the experience and made me feel like I was just there to squeeze more money out of me. The hotel was fine, but the nickel-and-diming gave me a negative perception of this hotel

For early check-in they charge $100. That’s ridiculous especially when they were half full. Plus charging for bottled water in room is also gouging.

Pros (+) The room was clean, the views were spectacular, and the shower head was the best ever. The kind of place where you want to take their shower products home with you afterwards!
Cons (-) We stayed in a double queen room. The beds were more like full sized just FYI If you’re trying to squeeze two adults in each bed
