Cute boutique hotel. Smallish rooms, but fantastic location within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and amenities. Great neighborhood!

Pros (+) Fun area, good for us as it's near family here, always a welcome option. Beds very comfy. Friendly.

Pros (+) Location was good, and it was nice to have the option for parking in the ramp around the corner. The staff was friendly enough but not very helpful with the issues with our radiator. The price seemed reasonable, although less so when we saw how small the room was, how noisy the radiators were, and how thin the walls were.
Cons (-) Heat is provided by old-timey radiators which clank and are hard to control. The front desk wasn't very helpful when we couldn't get one closed (we were roasting)- they just said, "turn the knob" (duh). Thanks to paper-thin walls, we got to hear all the noise from the hallway, plus the couple upstairs, um, coupling on a squeaky bed. The breakfast was disappointing.

Cons (-) Hallway dingy. Room furniture sparing and dingy. Room doesn't have a closed off closet. Carpet and walls could be brighter.
