The place was a dump. Requesting a refund. Didn’t even stay there it was so bad. Had to book another hotel.

Pros (+) It was everything I needed in a great location. A no frills deal for a business trip. Walking distance to Millennium Park. Amazing price for a downtown motel.

Pros (+) Location and price we're excellent. It was walking distance to soldier Field, and most other attractions downtown. It was old and decor was very dated but it was very clean and bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) The only complaint I'd have is that the old radiator was very "clanky" and loud when starting up. It woke me up more then a few times throughout the night.

Pros (+) Check in was quick and easy, the staff was friendly. The location is very close to Grant Park and the lake. The room was kept clean and neat.
Cons (-) The bathroom was a little smaller than I expected, but maybe that's just the room I chose. There was no microwave or refrigerator, don't bring leftovers back to the room
