They carpets leave a terrible smell in the rooms the rooms are dark and the walls of the bathrooms where stained with god knows what. The quality Inn was more like the below standard Inn

Cons (-) The grounds were littered with cigarette butts and crushed cups/cans. There issome alternate use for this facility that is not entirely clear -- housing homeless? halfway house??
Pros (+) This hotel is conveniently located near some decent food places. There was also relatively easy highway access.
Cons (-) The biggest complaint was the noise level in the halls. 15 minutes of a woman screaming, up and down the hallway, banging on doors, threatening to fight someone... All this at 2 AM! The water in the shower barely drained, the key card to get into my room stopped working twice.
