Beate Xiao (hope I'm spelling her name correct) was my savior. Helped me book a flight when I was in a tight spot. She's a sweetheart and more than once went above and beyond to help a clueless foreigner. :) The rest of the staff was also very friendly and professional even if they couldn't understand me. Haha
The nightly panda attacks... Haha Other than not feeling well and it raining a couple days, I have no complaints. Not much the staff could do about either of those things. :)
