Pros (+) Beate Xiao (hope I'm spelling her name correct) was my savior. Helped me book a flight when I was in a tight spot. She's a sweetheart and more than once went above and beyond to help a clueless foreigner. :) The rest of the staff was also very friendly and professional even if they couldn't understand me. Haha
Cons (-) The nightly panda attacks... Haha Other than not feeling well and it raining a couple days, I have no complaints. Not much the staff could do about either of those things. :)
